The Experience team at Genpact is seeking a directorlevel Experience Platform Strategist to play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering experience transformation strategies for our advisory engagements. This role sits at the intersection of experience strategy, business strategy and technology architecture, helping clients evaluate, evolve, and modernize their experience platforms to support longterm growth and innovation. We work in high performing, cross-functional teams to bring the base solution to our clients.

As an Experience Platform Strategist, you will guide clients through currentstate assessments, identify and validate experience and technology opportunities, define platform migration strategies, and develop actionable roadmaps that align business objectives with scalable experience platforms. Your solutions will be brought to key decision makers such as CMOs, CTOs and CHROs.

We understand that depth in every single system is not feasible, so we prioritize strategic thinking and creative decision-making skills that help clients navigate the complexity of their own ecosystems in the rapidly evolving tech landscape of today.

What You’ll be doing:

Experience & Platform Strategy

  • Contribute to experience transformation strategies across customer and employee experience advisory engagements
  • Translate business, experience, and organizational goals into coherent platform and technology strategies
  • Partner with experience strategy, design, and delivery leaders to ensure platform decisions support endtoend experience outcomes
  • Contribute to business cases which include qualitative and financial justifications of investments

Technology Assessment & Opportunity Definition

  • Lead currentstate assessments of client’s experience technology stacks, platforms, and integrations
  • Deep experience in one or more foundational experience tech stacks these include MarTech or Digital Workplace
  • Assist in AI use case identification to help drive the next wave of enterprise transformation
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across data, content, orchestration, personalization, and analytics capabilities
  • Validate and prioritize platform opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment

Platform Architecture & Migration Planning

  • Define futurestate experience platform architectures across composable and integrated ecosystems
  • Develop platform migration and modernization strategies, including phased transitions and dependency planning
  • Advise clients on build vs. buy decisions, vendor selection, and platform rationalization

Road mapping & LongRange Planning

  • Create multiyear experience platform roadmaps that align nearterm initiatives with longterm strategic goals
  • Balance innovation, technical debt reduction, and operational sustainability in roadmap planning
  • Support executivelevel conversations with clear narratives, visuals, and recommendations

Thought Leadership & Advisory Excellence

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including senior technology and business leaders
  • Stay current on emerging experience platforms, technologies, and industry trends
  • Rapidly learn and evaluate new tools, platforms, and architectures to inform client recommendations
  • Contribute to Rightpoint’s experience platform point of view, methodologies, and gotomarket offerings

 

 

What we’d love to see:

  • 10+ years of experience in experience platforms, digital architecture, or technology strategy roles
  • Proven experience leading the experience platform strategy or architecture component for complex, enterprisescale initiatives
  • Strong understanding of experience platform ecosystems, including data, content, orchestration, and analytics
  • Handson expertise with leading experience platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore, and/or Optimizely
  • Familiarity with composable DXP architectures and modern Martech ecosystems
  • Ability to bring this expertise to CMO and/or CTO conversations is essential to the success in this role.
  • Experience developing platform roadmaps, migration strategies, and technology transformation plans
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to nontechnical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an experience consultancy or professional services environment
  • Exposure to adjacent platforms such as CMS, CDP, personalization, analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience supporting both customer and employee experience initiatives
  • Experience with emerging AI capabilities of experience platforms
  • Master’s Degree in Relevant field
